ATM Routes for Sale in Philadelphia, PA
Philadelphia is a corner-store city, and its ATM routes reflect that more closely than almost any other large metro. We have taken Philadelphia routes to market at both ends of the scale, from a 168-machine portfolio at $1,750,000 down to an 18-location route at $75,000.
A corner-store market
Philadelphia neighborhoods are built on rowhouses, and rowhouse blocks are served by corner stores rather than by strip-mall anchors. There are thousands of them across North, West and South Philly, most owner-operated, most of them the closest thing to a bank on their block. That is the structural reason Philadelphia per-machine counts hold up against cities of comparable size.
It also means your route is only as durable as your relationships. These stores change hands often, and the new owner is not bound by anything that was never written down. Papered location agreements with real term left on them are worth a premium here.
Where the volume sits
The steady base is neighborhood retail: corner stores, beer distributors, takeout, laundromats and check-cashing-adjacent retail across the working neighborhoods. Weekend spikes come from the bar corridors in Fishtown, Northern Liberties and South Street, and from the stadium complex in South Philadelphia on game days, which is a genuinely different demand pattern than anywhere else in the metro.
Casino proximity matters too. Machines sitting in the retail blocks around the riverfront casinos behave differently than the same machine three miles inland.
What buyers should check
Philadelphia is a competitive operator market with a lot of small ISOs, so before you buy, walk the blocks. A route can show clean trailing revenue while two of its best locations already have a competitor machine installed twenty feet away that has only been in eight weeks. That does not show up in last year numbers.

No Philadelphia route on the market right now?
Philadelphia rewards operators who work one neighborhood at a time. The corner-store owner makes the decision himself, usually in one conversation, and once you have three stores on the same few blocks the servicing route almost designs itself. It is a market where a five-machine start is genuinely viable.
We sell the hardware as well as broker the routes. ATM machines for sale has current pricing on 17 Genmega, Hyosung, Triton and Puloon models, and the ATM startup guide walks the whole thing from placement agreement to first vault load.
