ATM Routes for Sale in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas is the highest-surcharge ATM market in the United States and the one where a single location can be worth more than an entire route somewhere else. ATM Brokerage has brokered Nevada routes since 2012, including specialty portfolios.

Surcharge is the whole story

Nothing else in the country supports the surcharge levels that Las Vegas does. Visitors arrive with a cash budget and a tolerance for fees they would never accept at home, and that tolerance is the entire economic basis of the market. A Vegas machine can generate multiples of what the same hardware earns in a residential neighborhood in Ohio.

The flip side is that the best locations are contested constantly and the contracts behind them are the real asset. When a Las Vegas route comes to market, we read the location agreements first: term remaining, exclusivity, and what happens on a change of venue ownership. A route whose flagship locations are on month-to-month terms is a very different purchase from one with five years left.

Beyond the Strip

Strip and downtown casino-adjacent placements are effectively closed to independent operators, but the retail, bar, convenience and adult-entertainment venues around them are not, and that is where most independent Vegas routes live. Nightlife venues and gentlemen clubs are a distinct, very high-volume category here with their own contract norms and their own risks.

Away from the tourist core, Vegas behaves like an ordinary Sun Belt metro: convenience stores, markets and neighborhood bars across Spring Valley, North Las Vegas and Henderson, with steady, unspectacular numbers. A well-built route usually pairs the two.

What buyers get wrong

Concentration. A route with three extraordinary locations and twenty ordinary ones is priced on the three, and the three are the ones that can walk. Underwrite what is left if the best location leaves, and decide whether you would still want the business at that number.

No Las Vegas route on the market right now?

Las Vegas is a difficult market to enter cold at the top and a reasonable one at the bottom. The residential convenience and bar placements in Spring Valley, North Las Vegas and Henderson are approachable, owner-decided, and rarely fought over. Nobody is going to hand a new operator a Strip-adjacent nightclub, but the neighborhood route that funds your first ten machines is available.

We sell the hardware as well as broker the routes. ATM machines for sale has current pricing on 17 Genmega, Hyosung, Triton and Puloon models, and the ATM startup guide walks the whole thing from placement agreement to first vault load.
